Nursing Observation on a Case of Gastric Perforation Complicated by Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of gastric perforation complicated by subarachnoid hemorrhage was observed, who was 59 years old housewife.
In spite of unconsciousness, operation for simple closure of perforated lesion was given and resulted completely recovery with meticulous nursing care postoperatively.
The interrelationship between cerebral lesion and stress ulcer was discussed.
